Learning and playing

Henry has been knocking our socks off recently. Our little guy who didn't like fine motor activities is now not only tolerating them but enjoying them!

Yesterday he picked up his scissors and practiced cutting. I almost fainted.

Today he made a turkey during OT. He did all the cutting and gluing himself and even drew the eyes.

Last evening I noticed Henry and Abel were a bit cramped at the craft table, so I moved Henry's big toy box out of the playroom and into his bedroom. Here's the new set-up. I'm loving the IKEA shelves too.  (Thanks for hiding the check back in my purse, Mom.) I'm really happy with how this room has turned out. It's perfect for everything Henry needs and can easily be changed as he grows.
