Henry has been to the NC Transportation Museum in Spencer twice for A Day Out With Thomas, but on those occasions he has been more interested in all of the Thomas goings-on and not the actual museum. Who could blame him? Today we made the trip to Spencer with my friend Amy and her younger son, Matthew. Henry had a terrific time and Matthew has a new admirer.

One of the reasons for our visit was to see the current restoration project, the 611.
Someone was very excited about his souvenir from the gift shop.
On the way home, Matthew provided Henry with some Minecraft tips.
