I love everything about this picture, and I think the jack-o-lantern shirt makes the pict even more special. As a child, my mom didn't know it was picture day and sent me to school in a handprint shirt and worst of all- I had just been to the dentist for my first filling. Numb, crooked smile picture stands out in my mind as one of my favorite childhood picts.
