Cousins weekend : last hurrah

Perrin and Grady start school tomorrow, so we had a last hurrah weekend with them. (Jonathan was working and Keith was in New York packing up Grandma and Grandpa's house. More to come on that.) It was truly the best time. My house is so quiet now.

On Friday evening we ate pizza and played outside until bedtime.

Saturday morning we went on a long walk in the woods, using the lovely trail our neighbor made. I just love it. It goes by an abandoned barn and what looks to be the roof of the family's home.  We found some treasures. The boys enjoyed it but were tired by the time we made it home!

Every time Nance sees sticks laying like a cross he says, "Look! Jesus!" Melt.

After lunch we went to the movies.

And after more playing and a nap for Nance, we headed to Buns for the best burgers ever.

And we had Phoenix Bakery in Pittsboro for breakfast before they hit the road.

Loved my precious time with these 4 babies, Mom, and Stephanie.
